Gugulethu Sophia Mbatha, also popularly known as Gugu Mbatha-Raw is a well-known British film and stage actress who gained popularity after she starred in"Doctor Who" (a British science-fiction TV show) The show aired on BBC channel. Chelsea Joy Handler is a New Jersey native born in Livingston on the 25th of February, 1975. She was the eldest child within a household of six. Her parents were householders. Her father worked as a dealer of used cars. Her mother immigrated to America in the year 1958 in the form of an immigrant from Germany. Handler was diagnosed with breast cancer in 1989 and was able to die after fighting the disease for ten years. Handler is a Jew of the Reform movement Her father was Jewish. Handler grew up in a good neighborhood and was a very happy child. When she was only 19, she decided to move into Los Angeles and pursue acting. Handler was forced to become an actress in order to live. Handler took the decision to pursue stand-up acting at the age of 21 when she recognized her story telling abilities. Handler's professional career started as part of the all-female Oxygen television cast on the hidden camera/practical comedy reality series Girls Behaving Unstably. From 2002 to 2005, the show aired. Handler was later employed in various other shows, including Weekends at D.L. The Bernie Mac Show My Wife and Kids, The Practice, and Weekends at D.L. Handler appeared on The Tonight Show for a while as a correspondent. Handler was given her first major break when she hosted her E! Show in 2006. known as The Chelsea Handler show. The show ran for a total of two seasons. Handler followed this up by performing in the Comedy Central Hour Stand-Up Comedy Tour, within the United States. VH1, Comedy Central Premium Blend and HBO have aired her stand-up comic shows. In 2010 it was revealed that she was going to be hosting the 2010 MTV Video Music Awards. In doing so, she became the first female host in history after Roseanne.
